Description

This Chinese green tea has gently coiled leaves with strong vegetal and mineral notes. It originates from the Hubei region and is made from a cultivar from Zhejiang which is traditionally used for making Long Jing.

Suggestion of preparation

With the teapot or the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 170°F.


With the Gong Fu Cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.
